We will share a training day that will give you the confidence and knowledge<\/strong> to detect potential errors and provide solutions for your own activities.<\/p>\n

What will we learn?<\/strong>
\nThis first level of canyoneering techniques consists of learning:
\n– the different rappelling techniques to the point of independence
\n– a safe approach to the anchors stage
\n– basic notions of rope installation at the anchors stage
\n– figure-eight blocking and unblocking
\n– basic fixed-rope ascent techniques using mechanical gear.<\/p>\n

How long does this course last?<\/strong>
\nThis canyoneering course generally takes place on weekends. It lasts between 6 and 8 hours, depending on the group’s learning and development speed in the canyon. Schedules are generally in the morning, starting at 8:30 a.m.<\/p>\n

You can sign up and join our training groups individually, as a couple, or in a group. This BEGINNERS CANYONING COURSE<\/strong>\u00a0is designed to help you take your first steps in canyoning in a supervised and guided manner<\/strong>. You will practice maneuvers and learn theoretical and practical concepts through a methodology based<\/strong> on exploration, practice, and role-playing.<\/p>\n

Through real-life examples<\/strong>, you can engage in trial and error, allowing you to better integrate the predefined learning objectives and easily self-assess your goals.<\/p>\n
